The presence of affiliate links and commercial relationships means you should understand that Graded has a financial interest in you clicking links and making purchases. We believe our editorial standards are independent of this interest but you should weigh it accordingly.


5. No Purchase Advice


Nothing on Graded constitutes personalized purchasing advice. Our content reflects general editorial opinion about deals and products and does not account for your individual financial situation, needs, preferences, or circumstances.

We are not responsible for any purchasing decision you make based on content published on the Service. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing decisions.


6. AI-Generated Content

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service by automated means

  • Use our content to train machine learning models without written permission

  • Represent our content as your own

You may share individual deal links or short excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Graded.


8. User Conduct

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  • LOSSES ARISING FROM PURCHASING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR CONTENT

  • PRICE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN OUR SITE AND A RETAILER

  • PRODUCT DEFECTS, NON-DELIVERY, OR RETAILER DISPUTES

  • ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN AI-ASSISTED CONTENT

  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA


IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.


SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
